Open a CRS ticket by filling out and submitting the form below.

Once your request is received, our Customer Service staff will process your request and reach out to gather more information or guide you through the next steps.

DO NOT ship any materials until you have received a Return Authorization (RA) number from us.
DO NOT use an old RA number.
An RA Number will be issued and sent to the contact email provided.

You can open a ticket for the following requests:

  • Return for repair and/or modification
  • Troubleshoot support (phone or online)
  • Troubleshoot support onsite (your facility)
  • Return for credit
  • Return for scrap

Multiple cables, hand held remotes, and similar items may be combined into one line item if they are the same length, number of channels, etc.
