You can open a Customer Request for Service (CRS) ticket for the following requests:
- Troubleshoot support (phone or online)
- Troubleshoot support onsite (your facility)
- Return for repair
- Return for modification
- Return for inspection
- Return for recertification
- Return for credit
- Return for scrap
DO NOT ship any materials until you have received a Return Authorization (RA) number from us.
DO NOT use an old RA number from a past ticket.

What happens when I open a CRS ticket?
Open a CRS ticket by filling out and submitting the form linked below. Once your request is received, our Customer Service staff will process your request and reach out to gather more information or guide you through the next steps.
If you’re requesting troubleshoot support, Customer Service staff will contact you to schedule the support.
If you’re requesting support that requires a return, Customer Service staff will contact you to get more information and provide an RA number. Do not return material without an RA number (see return policy).
Items returned for credit will be assessed by our staff upon receipt. If the items are deemed satisfactory condition for restocking, you will receive credit. Some restrictions apply (see return policy).
All items returned for repair or modification will receive a full inspection upon receipt. You will be charged for this inspection. We will discuss any issues with you, review our recommendations, and only proceed with the work that you approve. There may be additional charges for diagnostics, parts, and service labor as the items are processed. We will always communicate these charges with you and only proceed with your approval. When the service ticket is complete, we will invoice and, once paid in full, we will ship your equipment back to you.
